Company (the “Common Shares”) at a price of C$0.05 per Common Share (the “Offering Price”) for aggregate gross proceeds of C$1,000,000, previously announced on April 13, 2023. There were no finders’ fees payable in connection with the Offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to advance the Company’s mineral properties and for working capital purposes.
